One can determine the condition of a stat by its slant on a graph.

NON-EXISTENCE	DANGER
EMERGENCY	NORMAL
AFFLUENCE

Power is not judged on a one-week basis only nor by a single line on a graph. Power is a Normal trend maintained in a high, high range. (See next section, Statistic Trends, Stat Interpretation). Thus a Power Condition must be determined by more than one week’s worth of stats.
